Livin' with Mr. Onry Pants
well i have to admit i feel terrible for my recent behavior. bowen has been a little terror lately. no naps, no eating, no sleeping at night, no playing, no smiling, just wanting to be held. it was so hard because i've been so busy and just the day to day tasks of laundry and dishes took all day! and then i was up all night with him for the past few days. and last night (don't tell) i just turned on the bathroom fan and tried to sleep through the cries. i had reached my limit! Luckily bowen had his 4 month checkup today and i was so excited to get some answers. i had thought of everything... he must not be getting enough to eat, he must be teething, maybe he has been fighting sleep so long that he's completely exhausted... etc. well the doctor had an idea i never thought of...bowen has an ear ache. the poor little guy! i feel so bad for complaining about him when he must have been in pain. we got an antibiotic from our awesome pediatrician and within minutes he was all smiles again. Oh i love my little guy sooso much!! other news was good though. he is in the 45% for weight (surprising i know, he seems so much bigger) and is ready for the good ol' rice cereal which we will experiment once daddy is home! he was oh so brave for his shoots, i was so proud of my little man!! hang in there pal, we'll getcha better, and mom won't call you mr. onry anymore, i promise!

I'm so sorry! Ear aches are the worst :( Jack has had about three of those and they are NO fun. I'm glad the little guy is feeling better, though! Thanks for your comment! Yeah we are actually looking for something in North Ogden. We are looking at a house this weekend and I'm excited, but then again I don't want to get my hopes too high! Lucky you for having a hubby in the business! Any advice would be great!
I'm so glad you were able to figure out what was wrong. He's so adorable, it's sad to see him without a smile. And gratefully some rest finally for you and Crik so we can stay up and play some games! We'll make dinner next time. Super cute blog!
Oh that is so sad. Dont you just wish they could tell you what is bothering them? Easton has not been sleeping through the night either (I wish that it was because he had an ear ache!)so after talking to the doctor we are letting him cry it out. It is so hard we went for two hours last night and I had the hardest time not going in to pick him up! I am so glad that you have your happy little man back. And I bet he will be ten times happier once he gets a taste of that cereal!
