haPPy HubBY...

PiZzA!!
so as i was making dinner last night i decided that it was definately going to be good! i started taking pictures mostly so i can remind myself how i made it, but since it made my hubby so happy (that's why i named it "happy hubby pizza") i thought maybe you'd want to make your hubby happy too! so i'm sharing!
STEP 1: occupy children (or child!)
STEP 2: thaw dough. i used the rohdes bread dough just cause that's what i had but i'm sure any pizza dough would be just as delicious! cover stone or pizza pan with olive oil, roll out dough to cover stone, and spray with olive oil cooking spray, cover and let raise for 30 minutes.

STEP 3: brown chicken while dough is rising.

STEP 4: prepare toppings...i just used whatever i had before it goes bad :)

STEP 5: cube chicken!

STEP 6: bake pizza dough at 475* for five minutes. then cover with BBQ sauce and chicken

STEP 7: pile on the CheEsE, good pizza means lots and lots of cheese! then layer on toppings. leave some cheese for the top to act as glue for the toppings and keep everything on

STEP 8: bake for about 15 minutes at 475*or until crust is golden brown.

WALAA! and then you have......

.....a HaPPy hUbBY!

Marci I love the idea of using whatever you have. I always think I cant do pizza without the "norm" but you have opened my eyes! I am going to try this, this week!

Mark my words, you are going to be the next Martha Stewart! That looks amazing! I am definitely going to try that. Now, which Rhodes dough do you buy? I have tried making pizza four times with the 'bread' kind of dough, let it raise, and then flatten it out. Yeah, that only worked out ONE out of the four times! Can you buy like the "real" round pizza dough? Maybe I should just have you come over and cook!

Mmmm! I LOVE making homemade pizza! It definitely makes my hubby happy too! I know I miss you too! There's something about going somewhere new... even though we have friends here, we're just not as comfortable anymore! It'll take some getting used too! Let's PLEASE plan something this summer though, I don't want to get out of touch with you!!
