there are few things in life that are better than me and my mom's annual shopping trip to Park City! i look forward to it so much....and without either of us knowing, it has become a tradition! as much as i would LOVE a sister, i look forward to this time with just me and mom! we got a groovy discount for the Park City Marriot and the room was amazing, complete with the cozy white robes. we had a dinner to die for on Park City's main street at Chimayo's! i am certain it was the best halibut i've ever tasted in my life (thanks dad! i love you so much!) it was presented in a way that made me feel like a hollywood star! Saturday was a full day of SHOPPING the outlets!! YAY! i think i get a small high from being around beautiful clothes, shoes, jewelery, bags, etc. at a discount. we had so many good laughs...as we always do! Thank you so much mom for all you do for me, but more for all the fun we have together. you've always been my best friend, and it just gets better with time. i love you. (just stop acting 50!)
james was so good to watch bowen for the weekend. and as far as i know, he only ran into the tv stand once, got by with zero naps, ate golden corral out of stock, and learned to say 'papa' and 'dadda'! it's amazing what i can miss in a day and a half! i was so happy to come home to the little man and show him the fun clothes i got him (let's be honest, i spent most my money on him....he's just so much funner to shop for!)
he loved his new church clothes...as you can see! i love coming home to this lil' fella after being gone. he gives the best 'welcome back kisses'!! even though i know he LOVES his daddy days!!
thanks mom...can't wait till next time! okay, maybe i can....gotta save some more money!
