animals, easter and a fat lip...oh my! {plus enough pictures to make you feel like you're in a museum!}

so my computer has been sick. real sick. needed a new hard drive in fact. {more money spent on things i'd rather not spend money on...story of my life} but it's back now. folders are hard to find now. internet is slow and different. and i have a headache. yet, somehow i still feel like chatching you all up with our recent adventures.

first....we {the girls of the fam} took bowen to baby animal days...here's a bunch of pictures for your viewing pleasure!

bowen got to see all the animals and even pet some!

he has really taken a liking to horses lately....whenever he sees one, even from the car, he has to talk to them. {in their language of course!}

we gave him a chance to tell the easter bunny what he wants for easter.

and finished with holding the real bunnies! he seemed to like that a lot better!

Saturday we had an easter egg hunt with the neighbors complete with cupcakes as you can see!

we finished the night off dying eggs! bowen had more fun breaking eggs so that he could eat them. he's getting pretty smart!
Easter Sunday, bowen was so happy to wake up to candy. {next year...i will be much smarter and the basket wont be found till AFTER breakfast!) we had a great egg breakfast {chocolate eggs for bowen} and got spiffied up for church!
after church {and naps} we headed to grandma's for the annual easter egg hunt! this year grandma had a special hunt for the kids. they loved it and bowen found most his eggs on his own! he's growing up so fast...it was so fun to watch him!

bowen took a pretty good fall last night at a resturant with the whole family! i had yet to see so much blood from my little guy and hope to never see that much again. luckily we're only left with a fat lip, a couple buises and many shed tears. however, we'll take this moment to count our blessings that it didn't end in another ER visit! poor kid. needs a break from all these accidents!
