and i'll keep it short, but i gotta add....THE CHURCH IS SOOO TRUE!!!
click here or here if you'd like additional information about my religion. click here for information on the conference i attended.
BUT, i can't pretend that i didn't miss my boys. i did! so much! when i dropped bowen off with my older brother so my mom and i could hit the road on wednesday, i only let one tear fall and held back the rest as best i could. come to find out, he only asked for me a couple times when he'd wake up and wonder why i wasn't in the house. {however, he still refers to james as "mommy" as well...so who knows who he was really looking for!
so when we went shopping i was sure to pick up some suveniors for the little man.

i was home in time for our usual date night, but i didn't want to leave the lil' date home so we had a 'family date' to angies for ice cream!
i don't think he minded being the third wheel. and neither did we!
but no, our fun didn't stop there...we finished it off with a great bike ride!
what a great week! i love my little family so much! i'm so grateful that my family is eternal. we feel blessed beyond measure!
here's to another great week ahead. {i warned you i get happy when the weather is nice!}

I went too!! Well just for one speaker,.. so does that really count!? Not really!! I love Women's conference too!! What a great way to embrace what so many women have in common and remember why we do what we do day in and day out, and for most women, to remember why we have kids,.. cause some days,.. it's not so clear!
Ahh! I often think of that movie and consider going to get a gun like they do. Grrr. I feel her pain!
Oh, how fun for you! You little vacationin' fool!! Ha! Welcome home!
Yay for women's conference! I love it too. I missed it this year, but hope to make education week, which is also great.
Man seeing those pics of you and your mom makes me want to start up an awesome tradition like that with my mom. I love activities that make me happier and in turn make the other members of my family happy!
