Hosting from the Hospital

while i was in the hospital i missed some of my favorite things about summer, the summerfest, the parade of homes (i almost cried) and even the grand opening of the new walmart...which apparently was the place to be! i missed the first sunny day at the logan pool {so jealous of my neighbors!} and even fathers day. needless to say, it was NOT the week to be sick. however, more importantly, i missed the shower i was hosting for one of my best friends, taylor! my sweet mom and awesome friend chelsey took it on and hosted the party at my house without me. how sweet of them, i know! and even though i had been planning this shower for a while the only thing i had actually gotten around to doing was the invitations that had already been sent out. i had no decorations ready, no food ideas, no party favors, or games. {what can i say, i can procrastinate like the best of 'em} so thanks mom and chelsey for planning, hosting and pulling off a great shower for tay when you only planned to attend!! you're great!
