Summer-Lovin' happened so fast!

the summer has flown by! james and i start school again on monday and we feel as though we didn't get much of a summer {luckily we still have little getaways to look forward too} however, lookin back, we did seem to cram in quite a bit of fun in the last couple weeks. i'll let the pictures do the talking.....

we hung out by the pool {with all our saved up free passes!}
bo and i had many a sleepovers complete with cookies, popcorn, movies and giggling!

we had a BBQ with some of my high school buddies who i love!

we had a birthday party on nobody's birthday!

bowen experianced his first snow cone and refused to share with me! {i should have known better and got my own.}

james and i went on a couple hot dates!

we watched a parade.

we went out to eat quite a bit, since cooking in the summer is no fun!

we spent hours occupying the park.

had cookies by the pool!

and cookies by the beach!! {both were delicious!}

we got in some quality hot tubbin.

bowen went exploring with friends.

and took a liking to any and every slide that came our way!

we said sad goodbyes to best buddies.

the whole family got haircuts, including bowen {tear}

there were many happy mornings...

but even more tantrums.

we took bowen to his first of many demolition derby's {he loved it and is still talking about it. "cars crash mom!"}

bowen helped james bring the lawn back to life!

and we even squeezed in some old fashioned people watchin'!

i may not be ready for the summer to end. but it only means fall is around the corner and honestly, it's my fav!
