i'm new to the whole DVR rave. but can i just say " I LOVE IT"! the fact that i can literally miss my favorite shows and then have a ligitimate reason to stay up into the wee hours of the morning catching up on precious realty tv moments i've missed is so calming to me. no more anxiety over finishing homework and dinner and dishes and story time and bath time and fhe BEFORE 7:00. nope, no more! take tonight for example. i have a pampered chef party to attend (l.o.v.e. pampered chef and l.o.v.e. being pampered.) but it's my favorite show at 7pm. {biggest loser, duh!} rewind back to my pre-DVR life, this could have been reason for a serious melt-down-problem-solving-delima. today, not a big deal at all!
p.s. you want to be pampered too?...come to the party with me tonight!!

p.s.s. you want to eat snacks while watching BL.....can't help you there...i just finished off my last bag of m&ms.

Marci you're hair is so stinkin cute! I haven't seen u forever. Im great now that Jake's back. Thanks for asking about me. How are you holding up without your parents? It's no fun to miss somebody like that. I'll go shopping with you! We need to find new decore for our house! You're the perfect woman for the job.
Okay I totally snack as I am watching BL also!! I have to say that we have had DVR since we moved here, and it is AWESOME!! I sometimes get a little carried away at recording some random things that look intresting, but it so nice to watch when you want and to skip ALL the commercials!!
Ha ha! Now try to watch normal TV with commercials and not being able to rewind if you miss something that was on the show...It's a nightmare!!
