When the Cat's away....

if there is one thing my mom taught me to do well, it was to live by the law that "when the cat's away the mice will play!" but now that the cat's in Africa! the mice are getting a little carried away!

well, now it looks like this...

what do you expect when i have time off of school. of course i'm going to do some home remodeling and since i don't have my own home anymore....you reap the benefits! it's really bright and fresh in there. we went to home depot and got some blinds for the window (they look great!) and a new light fixture (you were in desperate need!) and a new door for the entrance! it's like a whole new room. it makes me actually want to do laundry! in fact, for once...i'm 100% caught up! (but lets be real, i'm sure that wont last too long!)

i hope the cat doesn't mind too much. cause let's be honest...it may be the first of many playdates for the mice!!
