keeping me in check...
bowen is a pretty smart kid. (if i do say so myself!) he knows that everybody needs a mommy or daddy to check up on them and keep them in line. he has also claimed this role for me. he let's me know when my behavior merits a 'time out' and when i should clean the house or make some food. but today was just so cute when i picked him up from his first day at a new school.

gotta love their little comments and logic. Kaden tells me on a regular basis, "when I am the mom...". I just have to smile!
ROFL!!! I have a child who bosses me around too. She has never told me I would get a present from Santa though. apparently I haven't been good enough.
