we took some time out of our spring break for skiing. for me, it was just a beautiful day in the lodge with a good book and some treats! (mmmm....treats!) but for the boys, it was a beautiful day on the slopes. i can't wait to be up there next year. (i'm not so sure being pregnant through winter is a good thing...but that's a whole other post)
i snapped a few shots in the beginning while the boys were getting ready to go. then i got cozy on the couch with my good book ('the Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society') and forgot all about pictures. oops! but since grandma wants to see....here are the few that i took!

i could not get this kid to look at the camera for the life of me.
on their way to the lift for the first run of the day. it only took a minute for bowen to remember he can't go limp in the legs!

after a few hours, bowen came in to play with his friend kaden while dad finished the day on his snowboard.
it was a fun couple of days in bear lake. and you gotta love little beaver!

Cutest little ski bum I've ever seen! Thanks for posting these pictures. All that snow, isn't it spring yet?! And oh how I miss watching the sunrise(or sunset)at the cabin. All these picture (including the last one) are soooo beautiful!
