emmett,six months went by way too fast. and yet, we can barely remember life without you. you have starting laughing. really laughing. and it brightens up our whole house. you continue to be sweet and peaceful even through ear infections, shots, or an unpleasant tummy. man, we love you. you're sitting up like a champ now, and have decided you like that better than tummy time. you love eating and will try anything! even peas, something your brother didn't like at all. it's so fun having the holidays with you...can't wait to see you light up with a pile of christmas wrapping paper...i just know you are going to love that!

I just love his look when he is on the scale looking up at you! He is DARLING!!
So we took Lucy to the Doctor today, and he is very concerned about her weight. She needs to be about 20 lbs. Emmett is beating her. He needs to show her his tricks!
It's a great thing! Don't be ashamed of those pounds! EMBRACE THEM....
Can I give him a little squeeze next time I see him?
