Bowen, Bowen, Bowen...

i realized i have been slackin' on posting about my precious! so here he is, and what he's been up to. (mostly for the Grandma's!)

if you know bowen, you know that he loves being read stories. however, he RARELY sits long enough to hear the whole story. (even the three pagers!) so when Havyn decided to read to him, i thought to myself, "good luck!". but apparently when she reads, he's all ears. and although she makes the story up as she goes, he LOVES it!

i'll apologize for the fuzziness first. but i love this picture anyway. havyn and bowen loved gazing at the tree the other night. they also thought it could use a few more ornaments....

like a shoe....

check this out! these two have changed so much in one year.

isn't that funny! same type of picture. same day. one year ago!

Havyn has also introduced bowen to the wonderful world of Princess Dress up! the first time she put him in the lovely purple dress (the one she calls 'bobo's dress') he went off to Grandpa's rescue, tugging and screaming at the dress. the second time, he ran around dancing and twirling but still, smiles were few and far between. keep trying Havyn! wait a minute....why am i encouraging this....why doesn't grandma have superman dress up for bowen, or prince charming dress up...something he would still feel manly in. "Grandma........" (hint hint!)

today, as i was trying to shovel the walk. (i know, there wasn't much snow, but i LOVE to shovel!) bowen experianced his first time in the snow! since teething is gettin' the best of him, he has fallen in love with the binkie. so here he is, trying to say..."mom, i can't put my arms down!"

and when i slipped out the binkie......LOOK! a SMILE!

i love this little man so much. he makes every day an adventure! i can't wait for christmas!

I think Bowen in the princess dress is hilarious, sorry, but it is. And he also looks adorable in his coat and stuff.

Bowen has grown up so quick! Then again, I guess all kids grow up fast it seems. It's so fun to see, but so sad at the same time huh! Love his winter coat!

I like it. Everyday is an adventure isn't it? And the Milano store, I LOVED it, despite the fact that it meant you had to get in a fight for me to get a really good laugh!!

I can't believe you have snow up there!! I miss Cache Valley so much! We haven't had so much of a sprinkling of snow down here and it's beginning to feel alot like NOT Christmas time!Ugh! Marci- I was excited for you to find out, I'll definitely be picking your brain on Saturday- which means, we're definitely still up for it! I've been planning on it and have it in my calendar and everything! If I could choose, I would choose FIREHOUSE! That's been the one thing I've been craving and haven't been able to have! :( But we can find a fun restaurant in SLC. Have you been to a Mongolian BBQ before? I know of a yummy place...
