we spent some time at a local orphanage in Cape Coast. House of Hope is for children who parents have dies of HIV/AIDS. obviously Aids is extremely prevalent in Ghana and it's surrounding countries. these sweet children are then left behind, and if lucky, left at orphanages like this one. they are beautiful and full of love. my heart immediately melted for them. they have so little, many suffer continually from malaria because they don't have proper netting over their beds. however, their biggest struggle is having enough food to feed the children. some days there is no choice but to go without.

the children did not want us to leave when it was time. i love these children. i pray for them daily.

**if you would like information on donating to this particular orphanage so the children can eat daily, please let me know.

I am still mad that Cojo was not brought home to me just because he didn't have pants! I love the pics of your trip, keep them coming! I have a few more to post of Bo and our weeks together, I'll get to that....someday.
On a day when I needed it most...Love the past few posts. The children, the 'city', the Futbol fields, the temple. It truly does make me think, what is it that I really 'need' to live. Love, eternal families, and wanting what I have. Love ya Marc. Hope things are going good - Back in the groove again...
